The documents can be searched by content, the same as 

with Internet search engines.

There are colleagues who do not use full-text search

 applications on principles. 

Others are just may not be aware of how useful they are. 

Given its price and capabilities, 

I wholeheartedly recommend Archivarius 3000 to both.
